We have handed keys to thousands of renters, and the same handful of questions come up every time. So we created Stress Free Man, Stress Free Woman, and the Stress Free Family, and put the answers in a comic. Every page shows the right way next to the wrong way, so a renter sees what to do, and what it costs to skip it, before they ever leave the yard.
People skip manuals. They read comics. The right way and the wrong way side by side sticks in a way a checklist never does.
The common, costly mistakes: awnings left out in the wind, clearance strikes, backing up without a spotter, slide-outs into obstacles, and late returns.
